Heyy I’m Kia, your fav cluster lash artist.🤍 I used to do lash extensions for a couple years and now I’ve switched to cluster lashes. I work full time at the hospital so my availability for lashes is mainly Tuesday Thursday & Friday evenings. ✨Cluster lashes are perfect for the girlies that don’t have much time in their busy schedule or can’t lay down/keep still long enough for extensions. 📍It Girl Beauty Bar 6139 Jefferson Ave Suite D Newport News 23605 💲There is a $10 non-refundable and non- transferable deposit required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes towards your service total. You have to put a card on file when booking/paying the deposit, however you will not be charged the remaining fee for any services until the end of your appt. You can pay for your service via card or cash. Please have exact amount if paying with cash. 💲Appointment requests for any day outside of my posted availability will require a $50 fee in addition to your service total. ✍🏾 NEW clients must review and complete the consent forms provided before booking the appointment or I will not be able to service you. 🚫 NO refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, you may contact me within 24 hours to consult a fix to the issue. Anything after the 24 hours will be charged accordingly for a full set/removal. This includes if you did not follow proper aftercare instructions. ‼️No fill-ins will be offered for cluster lashes. You must get a removal + new set to ensure your natural lashes get the proper cleanse they need to stay healthy. ⚠️Your eyes will remain closed while you are sitting in an upright position to be serviced. I will NOT work over another lash tech's work. You must book a lash removal + full set if you plan to come with cluster lashes on from a previous lash tech. I can not guarantee that I can remove lash extensions from a previous tech due to different products that may have been used.
CANCELLATION POLICY
🚨 Please arrive on time. Inform me ASAP if you are running late. I am usually booked back to back so at 15 mins past your scheduled time your appointment will be have to be cancelled and you will need to book a new appt. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you can do so via your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. I do not reschedule for you. The email will not let you make changes within the 24 hours before your appt time so you will have to let me know to cancel your appt, then you will have to book a new appt with a new deposit. I do not reschedule for you. No call No shows will be charged 50% of the balance due. If you have not communicated with me before your scheduled appointment time, I will not reach out to you looking for you because you did not show up. At 15 mins past your appt time, you will be charged the 50% fee. After your 1st No Call No Show you will be asked to pay in full when booking your next appointment. After your 2nd No Call No Show, you are no longer able to book with me.
